At Jaguar, the spirit of this admired jungle cat comes alive, bold, confident, and deeply rooted in the lands it calls home. Since opening in 2005, Chef Oscar del Rivero has drawn inspiration from such rich regions of Central and South America. This Coconut Grove gem weaves together Mexican, Peruvian, Argentine, Chilean, Venezuelan, and Cuban influences into a menu that feels both timeless and alive.

In 2005, we opened our doors to the public with a unique offer for Miami's culturally diverse community. Chef Oscar del Rivero has always been inspired by Miami's mix of Latin American cultures.
