This year’s birthday ceviche class at Jaguar in Coconut Grove was one of the most innovative and fun celebrations I’ve had! My friends and family were enthusiastic about the idea of creating a simple recipe they hadn’t made before of a dish we all love: ceviche. I reached out to Chef Oscar del Rivero about my vision, and he worked with me to organize a private party that incorporated all of my preferences, with impeccable service provided by the entire team. What’s more, once the class was over, we stayed in our corner of the bar, enjoying drinks, dessert, and music all night.
