Experience Chef Oscar's Flavors Beneath the Canopy cookbook beyond the pages! Our Cookbook Dinner is a private culinary experience where Chef Oscar del Rivero cooks recipes from his cookbook in front of you. It includes his Ceviche Tostada, Beef Anticucho, Shrimp al Ajillo, Picanha Adobada, and Dessert Spoons paired with Latin American wines for $125 per person.

About the Author

Book author Oscar del Rivero.

Oscar del Rivero is the chef-owner of Jaguar Restaurant in Miami’s Coconut Grove, where for over 20 years he has showcased the flavors of Latin America. Born in Mexico City, he trained at Johnson & Wales University and worked internationally before opening Jaguar, a neighborhood institution inspired by the strength and warmth of its namesake. His cooking reflects a deep respect for Latin traditions and fresh, local ingredients.
